Workplace first aid requirements

In New Mexico, workplace first aid is governed by NM Occupational Health and Safety Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 50-9-1 through 50-9-25), administered by NM OSHA (Occupational Health and Safety Bureau) under NM Environment Department. Employers must ensure a trained first aider is available at all times.
